JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing/e-Commerce Support Specialist plays a key role within our Marketing and e-Commerce teams. This individual will aid in all aspects of the Marketing/e-Commerce Department’s daily operations including support, development and distribution of marketing and sales materials. Assists with activities to promote Messenger products and services which may include print advertising, direct mail, social media and digital marketing initiatives, websites and trade shows. Coordinates the production of a wide variety of marketing communications. In addition, this individual will provide assistance in optimizing the company’s eCommerce platforms for sales and growth.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Marketing or related field with 1-2 years of experience in the field preferred.
- Possess strong working knowledge of eCommerce and Digital Marketing
- Keen sense of digital marketing trends and implement rapid changes.
- Thinks critically and analytically with strong problem-solving skills.
- Works cooperatively and collaboratively within a group.
- Proper grammar usage, proofreading abilities, copywriting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Skilled with general office machines: fax, multi-line phone systems, copiers, scanners and printers.
- Valued sense of urgency and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under strict deadlines.
- Ability to gather and assess information in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated excellent organization, time management skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Great team player. Reliable, conscientious and accountable.
- Flexibility to work additional or varied hours as needed.
