Mail Documents Mail all original documents to Express Funeral Funding upon receipt of your funding confirmation. If required, include a certified copy of the death certificate for each insurance company. If a certified death certificate is not available, mail all other required documents and send the death certificate as soon as you receive it. Once we receive all necessary documentation, your family will receive the remainder of their policy, if additional proceeds were not advanced by us at the time of need. 3 1 2 3 Step Funding After these have been submitted, a claims representative will contact you to confirm the claim was received and immediately start the life insurance policy(ies) verification process.
